„From the Kranichkieker in Neuenkirchen you have a wonderful view of the Neuenkirchen lowlands. Sometimes water buffaloes and a herd of mother cows are also part of the peaceful scenery. I particularly like this place because of its tranquillity. Especially because there is always something to observe here. After renaturation, small water bodies and wetlands have formed again in the lowlands, which the cranes like to use as roosting places during migration. In Neuenkirchen there are signposts for the Kranichkieker.“
